Photoshop: Opie Style Self Portrat

By using various photoshop tools and skills it was my task to edit a photo of my self to create an image similar to the cover of the Blur Greatest Hits album cover which was created by Julian Opie. We needed to use various tools including the Brush tool, Magnetic Lasso tool, Fill tool and various masking techniques. We were also expected to use knowledge of layer to build the image.

Summary of Skills:

To be successful in media I will need to use a variety of skills which can range from knowledge of the use of different technology, such as still and film cameras and the use of different techniques and software that can be used to digitally edit images and video. We also need to be able to identify different styles and conventions of music.
